Zendaya and Tom Holland have recreated a series of photographs from their first "Spider-Man" press tour, marking a decade since their initial joint promotional appearances. The couple, who met on the set of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" in 2016, are now married and undertaking promotional duties for their latest "Spider-Man" film.

On Tuesday, Zendaya shared a post on Instagram from Sony Pictures that featured a carousel of side-by-side images. These new photos mirror poses from their press tour a decade ago. One image shows Zendaya in a white skirt and black tank top, with Holland replicating his original stance beside her. The post also included recreations of photos with their "Spider-Man" co-star Jacob Batalon, who portrays Ned Leeds. Sony captioned the nostalgic collection, "10 years ago already."

The pair have been actively promoting their current films, "The Odyssey" and "Spider-Man: Brand New Day," traveling internationally. Their recent promotional stops included Mexico and New York for "Spider-Man," while the week prior they were promoting "The Odyssey," for which Zendaya adopted a "method dressing" style with Grecian-inspired gowns.

"Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is scheduled for release on July 31st. This film is one of several major projects Zendaya has completed recently. She indicated plans to take a break from Hollywood after a busy year that included five projects and her wedding to Holland.

Speaking at "The Odyssey" premiere in New York, Zendaya told Entertainment Tonight reporter Emily Curl about her plans for downtime. "Oh girl, nothing. Just mind my business, you know? And stay to myself," she said. Zendaya described the recent period as a "whirlwind," where constant travel and new locations leave her feeling disoriented. "It's fun and I'm grateful, and I wouldn't change a thing, but sometimes you need to just, you know, disappear for a little bit," she added.

During the "Spider-Man" film's promotional tour, Zendaya recounted how Holland informed her about her role in Christopher Nolan's "The Odyssey." Both actors are part of the film's ensemble cast, which includes Matt Damon and Anne Hathaway. Holland was the first to be cast, securing the role of Telemachus and meeting with director Nolan. "Well Tom got the call, Christopher Nolan called. My heart was just so full. I was so excited for him," Zendaya shared on "The Tonight Show" with Jimmy Fallon. She added that while she was a fan of Nolan's work, she hadn't considered herself for a role. "So he had another meeting and he had the script, I may have done a little, you know, peeky peek," she admitted. When Holland returned, he instructed her to reread the script, this time "with Athena in mind," revealing her casting.

"The Odyssey" has achieved box office success, debuting at the top of the North American charts. The film garnered $124.5 million domestically and $264.1 million globally in its opening weekend, according to Variety. The adaptation of Homer's epic poem has also received positive reviews from critics and audiences.

Holland addressed speculation about their marriage in a recent interview with Esquire, stating, "I found my person. I'm the happiest I've ever been." When asked about viral AI-generated images of them appearing to be married, he confirmed that their actual wedding had taken place, with family members present. Zendaya's stylist, Law Roach, had previously alluded to the marriage in February during an interview at the 2026 Actor Awards. Zendaya first displayed her engagement ring, designed by Jessica McCormack, at the 2025 Golden Globes.

Reflecting on their relationship, Holland described their bond as a "bedrock" that withstands stress. "We can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it's like to live this life," he said. "So, for me, I found my person. She's my best friend, and I'm the happiest I have ever been when I'm with her, but I have also never felt so supported and safe, ever. Period."
