Following their wedding reception in the UK in early August, actors Zendaya and Tom Holland have seemingly disappeared from public life, opting to spend their initial months as a married couple in Tiburon, California. This exclusive community, located across the bay from San Francisco, is known for its privacy and affluent residents.

Sources have reported numerous sightings of the couple in Tiburon since their wedding. They have been seen frequenting Main Street, which features various restaurants, cafes, upscale boutiques, and a local cinema currently screening Holland's latest Spider-Man film and Zendaya's movie 'The Odyssey.' Locals describe them as acting like residents, with sightings at establishments like Salt and Pepper for lunch and Malibu Farm for morning cappuccinos. They have also been observed walking their dogs along the Shoreline path and dining at Caprice.

Zendaya, who grew up in nearby Oakland, has reportedly purchased a home in Tiburon valued in the $5 million range. The area is characterized by its luxurious properties, including a secluded mansion once owned by actor Robert Redford. Tiburon offers a high quality of life, with a median resident income of $250,000, two private yacht clubs, a private tennis club, and several parks. The town's relative seclusion is maintained by a two-lane road in and out and two police departments serving Tiburon and the connected island of Belvedere.

Zendaya has spoken in the past about the challenges of child stardom and the public eye. In a 2024 interview with Vogue, she expressed complex feelings about her early career, noting she felt thrust into an adult role as the family's primary earner. Her parents, Claire Stoermer and Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, were public school teachers in Oakland.

The couple, who met in 2016 while filming 'Spider-Man: Homecoming,' have kept details about their marriage private. Zendaya was seen wearing a wedding band in early 2026, and Holland confirmed their marriage in June, stating, "I found my person, I'm the happiest I've ever been." Their reception in the UK followed.

Tiburon's appeal extends beyond its exclusivity. It is a 45-minute drive from Oakland, Zendaya's hometown, where she attended the Oakland School for the Arts and trained at the California Shakespeare Theater. The area has historically been a haven for celebrities, including the late Robin Williams, Vivian Vance, Carlos Santana, Barry Bonds, Isabel Allende, and Johnny Moseley. Business figures such as Gary Friedman, CEO of Restoration Hardware, and the late tech billionaire Tom Perkins have also resided there.

Zendaya is expected to resume public appearances later this year to promote 'Dune: Part 3.' Her upcoming projects include voicing a character in 'Shrek 5' and portraying Ronnie Spector in a biopic. Holland is reportedly set to star as Fred Astaire in a film about the dancer's career.
