My Kitchen Rules alumna Zana Pali made her first public appearance following her ex-husband Gianni Romano's debut of his new girlfriend. Pali attended the Miss Universe Australia final at Crown Melbourne, appearing in a striking, plunging red gown.
The 35-year-old socialite's dress featured a low neckline and an open back, designed to highlight her figure. The ensemble was complemented by gold jewelry and heels, mostly obscured by the gown's length.
Pali's appearance comes approximately two weeks after Romano, 37, publicly revealed his relationship with a girlfriend believed to be in her 20s. He shared photos and videos on social media, including a selfie with his new partner, Gracie Stewart, kissing him on the cheek, and a beachside video of them together.
The couple was first seen together at the JW Foundation Starry Night gala in September, an event Zana Pali also attended. Romano's public announcement has seemingly put an end to speculation about the age-gap romance.
Speaking about the situation, Zana Pali confirmed her ex-husband has a new partner and expressed happiness for him. "Yeah, he's re-partnered... I'm really happy for him," Pali told The Daily Mail. "And she'll help him as well. You know, for the support. Because it's not easy. Going through a divorce is probably the worst time of your life. So, yeah, when I heard he moved on, I was like, "That's great." I was like, "Good. Nice."
Pali also commented on the end of her 10-year marriage to Romano, stating that she was the one who initiated the divorce. "I did. I left... I think, for a woman, you check out many, many years earlier," she explained. "It takes us a long time, especially with children, young kids. You know, you always stay for the family. Stay for the children."
Zana and Gianni co-parent two sons, Leonardo, seven, and Romeo, six. Their marriage, which began in November 2014 on Hayman Island, ended quietly in early 2024, months before the split made headlines in the middle of the year.
The couple first gained public recognition when they participated in the reality cooking series 'My Kitchen Rules' in 2016.
