Yvette Fielding, co-creator and presenter of the television show 'Most Haunted,' has significantly reduced the asking price of her 16th-century Tudor home in Cheshire. The property, initially listed for £1.35 million last year, is now on the market for £1 million, marking a reduction of over £300,000.

Fielding, who gained fame as the youngest presenter of the BBC children's program 'Blue Peter' in 1987, has previously spoken about the alleged hauntings at her Grade II-listed country house. She has described incidents such as a dining table moving across the room and kitchen chairs stacked in a pyramid, and even conducted seances in a garden shed. Among the reported spirits was a Cavalier named Charles Deacon and two children, Master Benjamin and Elizabeth.

While Fielding stated the house is no longer haunted after receiving a blessing, a property expert noted that "not everyone wants to live in a haunted house." The expansive property sits on 15 acres and includes period features like a minstrel gallery, a private lake, woodland, stables, a paddock, and a riding arena. The 3,836 square foot home, a former gentleman's hunting lodge, also features a snug, workshop, office, and summerhouse.

Fielding and her husband, TV director Karl Beattie, are reportedly planning to relocate to the West Country, having developed an affection for Devon during a previous holiday cottage ownership.
