Sean Reyes, a YouTuber who identifies as 'The Long Island Auditor,' was arrested Thursday at the Suffolk County Police Benevolent Association (PBA) headquarters in Brentwood, according to union leaders.

Reyes, known for his videos testing First Amendment rights in public spaces, was uninvited to the PBA building where he confronted union members. PBA President Lou Civello stated that Reyes was arrested for trespassing and alleged that the YouTuber had threatened him personally.

"He was threatening us — he threatened to come to my home," Civello said.

An official spokesperson for the police department could not immediately confirm the specific charges filed against Reyes. The activist, who has over one million subscribers on YouTube, was reportedly at the Suffolk County Board of Legislatures earlier in the week, also engaging in confrontations regarding reports of officers allegedly remaining on the force until their pensions vested, even after admitting to misconduct.

Reyes has previously claimed to have found a Suffolk County police officer in his backyard.
