Gerrit Cole is projected to lead the New York Yankees to victory in Game 1 of their American League Division Series (ALDS) matchup against the Tampa Bay Rays, according to handicapper 'Stitches'. This prediction comes as part of a broader set of picks for both the ALDS and National League Division Series (NLDS).
Stitches has also placed a $50 wager on the Yankees to win Game 1, backing Cole as the starting pitcher. His series picks include bets on the Yankees, White Sox, Dodgers, and Padres.
The handicapper, who has been providing baseball picks for The Post since 2019, also claimed victory in the Post's NFL Best Bet competition last year, demonstrating versatility across different sports.
