Wrestler Xelina Embraces New Career Chapter After WWE Release
Thea Trinidad, also known as Xelina, is embarking on new opportunities in professional wrestling alongside her husband, Tommy End, following their departures from WWE.
Wrestler Xelina, whose real name is Thea Trinidad, is looking forward to a new phase in her professional wrestling career after being released from WWE in April. The move, which also saw her husband Tommy End (formerly known as Aleister Black) depart the company, marks a significant shift after nearly a decade with the organization. Xelina expressed that she holds no ill will toward WWE, where she established a notable presence.
During her time with WWE, Xelina achieved several milestones. She was the first winner of the Queen of the Ring tournament, held the Women's United States Championship, and was a two-time Women's Tag Team Champion. She also made history as the first female member of the LWO and was Rey Mysterio's first and only female tag team partner.
"Do we open that box again ever? I don’t know," Xelina, 35, stated. "Now I get to tell a new story and create new memories. You get excited about what you could do now."
Xelina and Tommy End are set to appear together at House of Glory in Queens, where they will face Lio Rush and Shotzi. This partnership signifies their joint venture into new wrestling opportunities outside of WWE, allowing them to "spread our wings," as Xelina put it.
