World Series Tickets See Price Drop at Tropicana Field

Ticket prices for the 2026 World Series games at Tropicana Field are experiencing a notable drop, offering fans a more accessible opportunity to witness the Tampa Bay Rays compete against the Milwaukee Brewers. This comes as the Rays return home, trailing the series 2-0 after two close road losses.

Manager Kevin Cash expressed optimism about the home crowd's impact, stating, "I know our fans are going to be really loud and excited to see us come back and kind of reset ourselves a little bit." The team is looking to replicate their strong 55-26 regular-season record at Tropicana Field to mount a comeback in the series.

Last-minute tickets are now available for Games 3, 4, and a potential Game 5 at the St. Petersburg venue. Game 3 is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 26, with an 8 p.m. start time. The projected pitching matchup is Robert Gasser for the Rays against Freddy Peralta for the Brewers. Vivid Seats reports that tickets for this game start at $529, including fees.

Game 4 will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 27, also at 8 p.m. The starting pitchers for this game are currently TBD. Ticket prices on Vivid Seats begin at $709 with fees.

Should a Game 5 be necessary, it will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 8 p.m., with pitchers TBD. Currently, tickets for Game 5 start at $667, including fees.

These prices represent a significant decrease from the previous week. As of Oct. 20, before Game 1, the cheapest tickets for the Rays' home games started at $757, meaning fans can now save over $200.

Tickets for potential Games 6 and 7 in Milwaukee are considerably more expensive. The cheapest available seat for Game 7 in Milwaukee is listed at $2,171, including fees. This high cost has led some Brewers fans to travel to St. Petersburg to attend games at a lower price point.

The World Series has already featured two intense, one-run games. Game 3 will see former Brewers pitcher Freddy Peralta face his former team on the championship stage.

For those without cable, the World Series can be streamed live through services like DIRECTV, which offers a free trial that includes FOX, the broadcast channel for the event.
