Woman Accosted Engagement Shoot, Allegedly Told Couple to 'Go Back to Mexico'
A video captured an unidentified woman confronting a photographer and videographer hired to document a marriage proposal.

A woman was captured on camera confronting a photographer and videographer hired to record a surprise engagement in Laguna Beach, California, before allegedly making xenophobic remarks towards the couple.
The incident, which occurred on October 2, involved the unidentified woman approaching the crew as they prepared to film a proposal at a cliffside park. The woman can be heard in the video stating, "The park is for people who live here and enjoy the park and have picnics."
When a crew member responded that they would be leaving soon, the woman became more agitated, saying, "I don’t care. It’s every single f–king weekend and I’m sick and tired of it." The crew informed her they had not been there the previous weekend, but the confrontation continued. The videographer told The California Post that the woman began "harassing" them.
The woman, who appeared to be walking a dog and claimed to be a local resident, insisted that the proposal setup be dismantled, stating, "Just tell him to tear it down, you’re gonna have to anyway. I am sick of this s–t." She also claimed to have called the police.
As the couple, who are Latino, arrived to the scene, accompanied by a mariachi band and a setup with rose petals spelling out "Will you marry me?", the woman's behavior escalated. As she walked past the couple, she was heard saying, "Bulls–t. It’s f–king Mexican. This isn’t Mexico either, you motherf–kers." She then allegedly told the couple, "Go back to Mexico."
The proposal reportedly concluded in less than 40 minutes. The video of the incident has since circulated online, drawing criticism for the woman's alleged actions and support for the couple.
