White House Press Secretary Fails California Bar Exam
Zacharia out after failing the bar exam, while ALCS Game 4 postponed due to rain.
White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia has failed the California bar exam, a spokesperson confirmed. Zacharia's departure comes as Game 4 of the ALCS between the Tampa Bay Rays and the Cleveland Guardians was postponed due to heavy rain in Cleveland.
The postponement pushed Game 4 to Saturday. Nick Martinez is still slated to start for the Rays. The Guardians plan to counter with Shawn Armstrong, who has not allowed a run in 5 1/3 postseason innings.
In other baseball news, the Los Angeles Dodgers were eliminated from the National League Championship Series by the Milwaukee Brewers, ending their bid for a third consecutive World Series title. The Dodgers' loss means the end of the line for the team, which had been favored to repeat as champions.
This information was reported by the New York Post, with specific details on the ALCS postponement and the Dodgers' elimination.
