Speculation is mounting that pop superstar Taylor Swift and NFL player Travis Kelce may have already exchanged vows, fueled by a series of cryptic posts from prominent wedding vendors. These online musings have intensified in the lead-up to a planned large-scale celebration for the couple at Madison Square Garden.

Over the weekend, several individuals involved in the high-end event industry shared seemingly emotional messages alluding to a significant, career-defining event they had recently worked on. Wedding designer Rishi Patel, who has been previously linked to Swift and Kelce's wedding preparations, posted on Instagram about creating something extraordinary with 23 colleagues. "That, in itself, means more than I can ever explain," he wrote, adding, "I can’t wait to share what we created."

A source familiar with Patel's work noted that for someone of his caliber, the event being "such a huge deal" was "so Taylor coded."

Samantha Roberts, owner of a social media agency specializing in event rollouts, also expressed excitement about working on the same event, calling it a "career highlight" and a dream realized after moving to New York 15 years prior to work in events. She tagged celebrity wedding planner Marcy Blum in her post.

However, Marcy Blum has since clarified that the event in question was not for Swift and Kelce. "We were working with our often and favorite collaborating crew," Blum stated, identifying the attendees as "a fabulous summer party for my favorite client" that included guests like Jerry Seinfeld, the Knicks, the Rockettes, and Chris Martin. Blum noted that extensive security measures at the event may have contributed to the confusion. Other vendors tagged included caterer Olivier Cheng and photographer Allan Zepeda.

Despite Blum's clarification, rumors persist that Swift and Kelce might have already married in a private ceremony before their upcoming events. A source previously told Page Six that many within Swift's circle anticipate the couple's actual vows may have occurred before the planned weekend festivities in New York City.

Swift and Kelce are reportedly scheduled for a smaller gathering on July 2, followed by a larger celebration the next day at Madison Square Garden. Attendees are rumored to include Ed Sheeran, Gigi Hadid, the Haim sisters, Sombr, Suki Waterhouse, Cara Delevingne, Mariska Hargitay, and Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid. The couple became engaged in August 2025.
