Wayne Rooney was seen sporting a sunburned face after returning from a recent trip to Marrakech with his wife, Coleen. The former footballer's appearance was noted in a video for his "Stick To United" podcast, released shortly after his return.

Rooney's recent public appearances have highlighted a noticeable transformation, including weight loss, a nose job, and the use of Invisalign. The podcast episode saw him criticizing Manchester United players following a series of defeats.

"I would love to ask what type of performance do you think this is? Do you think you deserve to wear that shirt?" Rooney stated during the podcast. "Put a fing firework up their ae because they're f**ing not doing anything."

Rooney's getaway to Marrakech with Coleen occurred shortly after a publicity push for their new Disney+ docuseries, "The Real Rooneys." The series offers an intimate look into the Rooney family's life, featuring their four sons: Kai, Klay, Kit, and Cass.

Regarding his recent weight loss, Rooney addressed speculation about using weight-loss medication, stating on his podcast that he has been working hard to lose weight. The couple also discussed Rooney's nose surgery, which Coleen revealed was encouraged due to his snoring and was medically necessary after he broke his nose multiple times during his football career.

He first broke his nose in 2015 while playing for Manchester United and again while playing for DC United. The surgery, which he had put off for years, was performed to correct breathing issues caused by damage to his nasal septum and cartilage. He described the recovery process as uncomfortable, particularly the presence of plastic tubes inserted to keep his nostrils open during healing.

Coleen Rooney also shared details about her own fitness routine, emphasizing the importance of regular exercise, including Pilates, to maintain her physique and well-being amidst her busy schedule.
