A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Kim Scott, the ex-wife of rapper Eminem, after she failed to appear for a court hearing on Wednesday. Scott was scheduled to appear before Judge William H. Hackel III at the Macomb County District Court in Michigan.

As of Wednesday afternoon, Scott had not yet been arrested, and her bond has been set at $10,000. The warrant stems from a suspected driving under the influence (DUI) charge.

Scott, 51, was arrested on May 14 in Macomb County, Michigan. Authorities stated that she had hit another vehicle while driving near Detroit the night prior. No injuries were reported in the incident. Following her arrest, she was booked at the Macomb County Jail and later released.

This recent legal issue follows a court appearance just three days prior, where Scott pleaded no contest to charges of impaired driving and failure to report an accident. This earlier incident, which occurred in February, reportedly involved Scott crashing into a parked car while with her son and his friends. According to neighbors, she then drove home and crashed into her own garage door. She was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Bodycam footage from the February incident showed authorities discovering bottles that allegedly contained soda and alcohol in her car, and Scott was seen taking a Breathalyzer test.

Scott and the rapper, whose legal name is Marshall Mathers, were married twice. Their first marriage was in 1999, followed by a divorce in 2001. They remarried in January 2006, but Eminem filed for divorce again three months later. The couple shares one biological daughter, Hailie Jade Mathers. Eminem also adopted Scott’s niece, Alaina Marie Scott, and Scott’s child from another relationship, Stevie Laine Scott. Scott later had another child, Parker.
