Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis made a surprise appearance at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow on Saturday, joining their parents, Prince William and Princess Kate.

The young royals were seen watching a variety of sporting events, with Prince Louis, eight, appearing particularly animated in the stands at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome. He was seen wearing a bucket hat that read 'Beicio Cymru - or Welsh Cycling.'

Prince George, 13, and his younger brother Prince Louis, eight, both wore matching Ralph Lauren linen shirts with rolled-up sleeves, a style that mirrored their father's. Both princes paired their shirts with chino trousers and a belt. George, who recently celebrated his 13th birthday, was also seen wearing a TOD's Suede Gomma Loafers retailing for £550 and a Garmin D2 Air X15 watch valued at nearly £570.

Princess Charlotte, 11, wore a £30 Chiffon Belted Short Sleeve Dress from Guess, paired with ivory Pretty Ballerinas Nicole Flats. Charlotte embraced the summer weather with a £30 Chiffon Belted Short Sleeve Dress from American fashion brand Guess, alongside a pair of Pretty Ballerinas Nicole Flats in the colour ivory

Princess Kate, known as the Duchess of Rothesay in Scotland, wore a black and white striped jumper with a white pleated skirt and a green Ralph Lauren double-breasted cashmere blazer. Her accessories included Kiki McDonough diamond hoop earrings and an Anya Hindmarch handbag.

Prince William opted for a pale blue linen shirt, a navy blazer, and dark trousers. The family's outfits highlighted a shared preference for the American brand Ralph Lauren.

During their visit, the Wales family met with Team Wales athletes and their families. Princess Charlotte shared her enjoyment of gymnastics, particularly the floor routines, and also mentioned her interest in dancing. Prince Louis is reportedly practicing his handstands, though Charlotte commented he is 'not very good' at them. Prince George admitted to being 'rubbish at anything that involves flexibility.'

Princess Charlotte was presented with a Team Wales leotard signed by the athletes. Prince Louis was tasked with updating the medal table, placing a large 'No7' sticker on the board.

The family attended the Commonwealth Games on the penultimate day of the event, engaging with athletes and spectators throughout their visit.
