Vogue Williams, who is heavily pregnant with her fourth child, has humorously suggested that her husband, Spencer Matthews, is no longer interested in intimacy as she nears the end of her pregnancy. Williams, 40, and Matthews, 38, are expecting a baby boy in October.

During a recent episode of their podcast, "My Therapist Ghosted Me," Williams shared her thoughts on Matthews' perceived lack of desire. "I'm trying to look good looking today because I don’t think Spenny fancies me anymore," she remarked. Her co-host, Joanne McNally, responded playfully, "Of course he doesn’t! You have been married for ages now, come on."

Williams, laughing, elaborated on her feelings, stating, "No, because I think our fun times are over if you get me. I’m too pregnant now. I don’t want to. I was just being a nice wife and a good participant." She recounted an exchange where Matthews commented on her pregnancy, to which she asked if he was still attracted to her. He reportedly replied, "Vogue, you’re giving birth any minute now."

McNally quipped that Matthews was suddenly being respectful and leaving her alone. Williams also jokingly attributed his disinterest to her Botox potentially wearing off. "Listen, it’s amazing when you’ve got no interest yourself but if somebody else says ‘oh no’ and then you’re like ‘I’m sorry? And what part of me don’t you fancy?’" she said, humorously questioning what specific aspects he might find unappealing.

Their producer, Joe, offered a perspective, suggesting that for some men, the focus shifts to the impending arrival of the baby rather than the woman. Williams countered this by noting the popularity of "pregnancy porn," indicating that some people are attracted to pregnant individuals.

Later in the conversation, Williams mentioned that Matthews had expressed interest in intimacy the previous night, which she found amusing given her earlier remarks. "But last night then he was like ‘actually, I kind of am in the mood now,’" she said. "And I was like ‘oh, no, no, no, no, that’s backfired.’" McNally concluded, "That ship has sailed buddy. That window has closed."

The couple recently revealed they are expecting their fourth child, a boy. They are already parents to Theodore, seven, Otto, three, and Gigi, five. Williams shared on her YouTube channel that she and Matthews are currently seeking fan suggestions for a baby name.
