Vogue Williams has recounted an amusing situation where she repeatedly encounters a woman she knows once slept with a former boyfriend. The podcast host and television personality, 41, detailed the anecdote on an episode of her show, "My Therapist Ghosted Me," co-hosted with Joanne McNally.
Williams, who is now married to Spencer Matthews, stated that she sometimes sees this individual at events and that the woman is aware Williams knows about the past encounter. "And I'd love to just go up and say 'would you like it if your partner did that to you now? I know exactly what you did.' But then I'm like I don't really care," Williams said on the podcast. McNally responded by questioning the point of such a confrontation.
Prior to her marriage to Matthews, Williams was married to Brian McFadden from 2012 to 2017. She did not specify which ex-partner she was referring to during the podcast discussion.
This story emerged shortly after Williams responded to a social media comment that accused her of violating maternity law. Williams, who recently welcomed her fourth child, a son named Remy Valentine, has returned to some of her professional commitments, including her podcasts. During the podcast episode, while holding her baby, she addressed the comment.
Williams explained that the commenter had posted a lengthy message about mothers not being able to leave their homes with a baby under a month old, citing a nonexistent maternity law. "I was like, there's no maternity law!" Williams stated, adding that she was clearly in her bedroom with the baby. She also shared that she diffused the situation by agreeing with the commenter, suggesting women should stay home for one to two years after giving birth, which led the commenter to delete their post. McNally commented that women are often their own harshest critics when it comes to policing new mothers.
Vogue Williams married Spencer Matthews in 2018. The couple has four children: Theodore, Gigi, Otto, and their newborn, Remy.
