Heavily pregnant television personality Vogue Williams, 40, has indicated that her fourth child could be born this weekend. Williams, who is expecting a boy with her husband Spencer Matthews, 38, was seen preparing for the imminent arrival by applying self-tanner.
"I'm going to meet my baby lovely and bronzed," Williams joked on social media, referring to her own Bare By Vogue self-tanner. She explained her reasoning: "I could be giving birth this weekend so I need to have my tan on!"

Vogue Williams, 40, appeared radiant in a pink underwear set, showcasing her near-term baby bump. This pregnancy follows the couple's previous children: sons Theodore, seven, and Otto, four, and daughter Gigi, six.
Last week, Williams revealed that she and Matthews had changed their baby boy's name shortly before the birth. The couple had initially planned to name their son Elvis, a choice inspired by the rock and roll legend. However, during an episode of her podcast, "My Therapist Ghosted Me," Williams shared that the name was changed.
"We have changed our baby name – we have no name," Williams stated on the podcast. "You know the name was pretty full on and I loved the name. Spenny has been getting a few phone calls from family members regarding the name."

Williams elaborated that while she loved the name Elvis, she had not felt "100 percent comfortable with it" due to its significant nature. She mentioned having other "very cool options" but confirmed Elvis was her favorite. The reason for the name change was not explicitly detailed, though she alluded to family input and personal reservations.
In recent weeks, Williams also spoke humorously about her husband's perception of her pregnancy. She remarked that she was trying to "look good looking today because I don’t think Spenny fancies me anymore." Williams suggested that "fun times are over" due to her advanced stage of pregnancy, a sentiment her co-host Joanne McNally playfully countered by suggesting Matthews was becoming more respectful as the birth approached.
