Pregnant television personality Vogue Williams has shared that she is considering "unusual" names for her fourth child, with "Sailor" and "Rocket" among her considerations. Williams, who is married to former "Made in Chelsea" star Spencer Matthews, revealed her thoughts on Tuesday while filling in for Amanda Holden on Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston.

The couple, who already have children Gigi, Theodore, and Otto, announced in April that they were expecting their fourth child. Williams, 40, discussed the naming process, noting that "Sailor" was vetoed due to a nursery rhyme, while "Rocket" was questioned by Theakston as being a "vehicle."

Williams also opened up about the journey to her current pregnancy, revealing she experienced two miscarriages before conceiving her fourth child. She described one loss a year ago as "awful and heartbreaking."

Williams and Matthews married in June 2018. Her first miscarriage occurred early in her first pregnancy with their daughter Gigi, which she described as "really upsetting" at the time, though she became pregnant again quickly. The second miscarriage happened last year, around the 12-week mark. Williams shared that she had not yet told her older children about the pregnancy when she discovered at a 12-week scan that the embryo had not developed and her body still indicated pregnancy, a situation she found distressing.

"I felt like 'my body had failed me' kind of thing," Williams stated, recalling her embarrassment and upset. She opted for a DNC procedure to manage the miscarriage, choosing to proceed with it before a planned trip to Spain.

Matthews acknowledged the difficulties in reaching this pregnancy, stating, "Definitely more bumps in the road in order to actually get pregnant." He added that while they feel fortunate to have three children, "this one's been harder to get to that... just to actually get to where we wanted to be, has been rough."
