Vogue and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) hosted the "United Flags of Fashion" event at The Rink at Rockefeller Center on Monday evening. The celebration showcased over 100 designers' unique interpretations of the nation's flags, created in observance of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
Attendees included notable figures such as Karlie Kloss, Ciara Miller, and Bebe Rexha. The reinterpreted flags will be on public display until September 4. Among the participating designers are established names like Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Vera Wang, and Calvin Klein.
CFDA Chairman Thom Browne and Vogue's Anna Wintour offered opening remarks during the event. A special performance was delivered by Christiani Pitts and Sam Tutty, stars of the Broadway production "Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York)." The evening featured cocktails and light fare for guests.
