Jeffrey Horowitz, the founder of Vitamin Shoppe, has relisted his Hamptons estate in Sagaponack for $79 million, marking a significant reduction from its initial off-market asking price.

Horowitz initially attempted to sell the 3.5-acre property for $125 million off-market in early 2025. When that did not materialize, he listed it publicly in the summer of 2025 for $89 million. The current listing represents a further price adjustment.

The estate includes a nine-hole golf course designed by Horowitz himself, situated across from the main house, which overlooks Fairfield Pond. The property features 200 feet of beachfront on the Atlantic Ocean.

The property is being offered in two configurations: the full compound including the golf course for $79 million, or the main house parcel alone for $75 million. The main residence spans 9,000 square feet and contains eight bedrooms.

Colleagues Terry Cohen, Taylor Cohen, and Ashley McDermott of Compass are co-listing the property with Ryan Serhant of Serhant. "We have supported comps for similar compounds at a list price of $79.9 million," Terry Cohen stated. "Sagaponack is such a sought-after village, with a very limited number of oceanfront homes. Adding the second lot with ocean access affords the new buyer the ability to create a compound, which has become very important in trophy assets."

Horowitz and his wife, Helen, acquired the land in the mid-1990s for approximately $2.7 million, completing the home in 1998. Horowitz founded Vitamin Shoppe in 1977 and later sold the company to Bear Stearns for around $300 million in 2002, remaining as CEO until 2004.

The main house features a living room with ocean views, a chef-grade kitchen overlooking the waves, and a wood-paneled den. The lower level includes staff quarters, a wine cellar, a game room, and a gym. The couple is reportedly selling the estate as their children have grown.
