A video capturing a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent pointing his firearm at a woman has garnered millions of views online. The incident occurred in Falls Church, Virginia, when Carolina Molina, who filmed the encounter, stated she was stopped while delivering business cards.

Molina shared the footage on Instagram, showing ICE agents surrounding her vehicle. The Department of Homeland Security issued a statement asserting that Molina "attempted to harm officers by weaponising her vehicle." Molina has denied this accusation.

BBC Verify has examined the dashcam footage provided by Molina as part of its assessment of the event.
