Victoria Beckham Snubs Son Brooklyn at Paris Fashion Week
The fashion designer showcased her latest collection while estranged son and daughter-in-law attended a separate event in the same city.
Victoria Beckham recently presented her SS27 collection at Paris Fashion Week, with her immediate family showing strong support. Backstage videos captured moments from the day, including Victoria, dressed in a vest top that highlighted her muscular arms, reviewing outfits before the models took to the runway. Her sons Cruz, 21, and Romeo, 24, along with daughter Harper, 15, were present and engaged in pre-show conversations. Harper expressed excitement about Victoria's new lipstick shade, House Red, while Cruz humorously looked forward to seeing next season's dresses. Romeo shared his anticipation for his mother's latest creations.
Her husband, David Beckham, was also in attendance, waiting backstage with a bottle of wine as the show concluded. He kissed Victoria on the cheek, marking the end of the event with a celebratory glass. Victoria later alluded to Brooklyn's absence in an Instagram post, expressing gratitude for the support from her friends and family. David echoed this sentiment, posting about his pride in Victoria's work.
Notably absent from the family gathering was Victoria's eldest son, Brooklyn, 27, and his wife, Nicola Peltz, 31. Despite being in Paris for fashion week, the couple attended the Messika show separately. David Beckham had appeared to extend an olive branch by liking a social media post of Brooklyn and Nicola at the Messika event, but this did not result in a reunion. Sources close to the family suggest that reconciliation is unlikely in the near future, with some speculating that Brooklyn and Nicola may be intentionally creating distance. Friends describe the family rift as having "no end in sight."
Brooklyn and Nicola's last attendance at Victoria's fashion show was in September 2024, shortly before a significant family fallout. The rift reportedly intensified after Brooklyn made accusations against his parents on social media, including claims about his wedding day. Despite these ongoing tensions, Victoria's company recently reported a £7.3 million operating profit, fueled by the success of her makeup line. 
Victoria appeared to be preparing for the event diligently, even training in heels on her Stairmaster. The family's presence at Paris Fashion Week, minus Brooklyn and Nicola, underscores the continued estrangement between them, despite their proximity in the city. Harper, who is preparing to launch her own skincare and beauty range, was seen interacting with her siblings earlier in the day.
