Victoria Beckham launched her brand's first U.S. pop-up store in Miami this week, surrounded by her husband David and three of their children. The event marked a significant expansion for the fashion designer's eponymous brand, which opened its doors at Bal Harbour Shops, housing both its fashion and beauty businesses under one roof outside of London.
David Beckham and their children Romeo, Cruz, and Harper were present for the occasion, accompanied by Romeo's partner Kim Turnbull and Cruz's partner Jackie Apostel. The family appeared in photos shared by Victoria, who was dressed in one of her own silver silk designs. Romeo, Cruz, and David opted for a casual summer chic look in linen trousers and t-shirts.
The celebration, however, was notably without their eldest son, Brooklyn. His absence comes amidst an ongoing family rift, which has seen him estranged from his parents since Christmas 2024. Victoria had recently extended an olive branch by referencing Brooklyn in a social media post celebrating her 27th wedding anniversary with David, despite Brooklyn's request for the family to refrain from mentioning him online. David also included a nod to his eldest son in his own anniversary post.
Reports suggest Brooklyn was displeased with these public mentions, with sources indicating he is "fuming" and wishes his parents would cease posting about him. This follows a period of public statements from Brooklyn in January, where he declared he was no longer part of "Brand Beckham" and accused his parents of controlling narratives and attempting to undermine his relationship with his wife, Nicola Peltz.
Brooklyn has not been pictured with his family at gatherings since Christmas 2024. The rift reportedly intensified when he failed to acknowledge his parents' birthdays, including David's 50th, in May 2025. Furthermore, Brooklyn recently released a sponsored DoorDash commercial that some interpreted as a jab at his estranged family, a move that reportedly left the Beckhams "devastated and inconsolable."
