Victoria Beckham recently showcased a striking new hairstyle, debuting long, bottom-length hair extensions while engaging in a workout at her home gym. The fashion designer, 52, shared the transformation on social media on Wednesday, a day marked by her laughing emoji-laden caption: "I love a workout that includes an accessory."

Beckham was seen using a pull-up bar to work her arm muscles. Her new, lengthy hair, styled by hairdresser Ken Paves, was worn straight and extended down to her bottom. She wore burgundy leggings and a black sports bra during the session. The social media post also tagged her husband, former athlete David Beckham.

The Beckhams' home gym is located in their Miami mansion, valued at £60 million. The couple has been spending time in the United States, including visits related to the World Cup.

Beckham's hair was notably shorter in mid-June when she accompanied her husband to the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in Los Angeles.

Fitness Routine

Beckham has previously offered insights into her fitness regimen. In 2023, she posted a video of herself performing tricep dips, explaining her approach. "I follow my training session which I vary day-to-day to focus on different areas of the body," she wrote. "Today I'm focusing on my upper-body strength, with a combination of resistance-band exercises."

She has also emphasized the importance of mobility and stretching in her routine, sharing a photo of herself performing a hip flexor stretch. "I'm in my strength training phase! Before and after every session, it's key to mobilise and stretch. Recovery is as important as the work itself!" she stated.

For several years, Beckham has been trained by Bobby Rich, a performance coach and fitness consultant. Rich introduced her to strength training after she expressed hitting a plateau in her previous fitness routine. Beckham shared her initial apprehension about weightlifting, telling Grazia, "I've always been a bit scared of weights, but it turns out I love them. I've even got those special gloves to wear! It's good to switch things up and keep your body guessing. I've got so much more muscle tone now."

Rich commented on her fitness journey to Women's Health, noting that the challenge was one Beckham was happy to prove him wrong about, and her concerns were quickly overcome.
