Vanessa Trump Announces Cancer-Free Status
The former wife of Donald Trump Jr. shared the news on social media, stating recent tests came back clear.
Vanessa Trump announced on Friday that she is cancer-free following a breast cancer diagnosis earlier this year. Trump shared the update via a video posted to her daughter Kai Trump's Instagram account.
In the video, Kai Trump, 19, stated that her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in April. "My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in April, so we thought we would share her story and how she was diagnosed and how she overcame it," Kai said.
Vanessa confirmed that recent medical tests "came back clear," adding that she is "finally cancer free."
The video, which also featured Dr. Nicole Saphier, concluded with Vanessa and Kai sharing a hug. Kai Trump wrote in the caption that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and emphasized the importance of early detection, education, and support for those affected by the disease.
A follow-up video is scheduled to be released on YouTube, where the mother and daughter plan to discuss Vanessa's journey with breast cancer and the importance of preventative health measures. The announcement encouraged viewers to join the conversation and learn about taking proactive steps toward their health.
