New clips from the iconic Only Fools and Horses episode, "The Jolly Boys' Outing," are set to be featured in a documentary about the show. The unearthed footage offers an extended look at the chaotic coach trip to Margate and includes the full recording of the group's rollercoaster ride at Dreamland amusement park.

"The Jolly Boys' Outing," originally broadcast as the 1989 Christmas special, saw main characters Del Boy, Rodney, and Uncle Albert, portrayed by actors Sir David Jason, Nicholas Lyndhurst, and Buster Merryfield respectively, embark on a memorable, albeit ill-fated, journey with regulars from the Nag's Head pub. The episode remains one of the show's most popular, drawing a viewership of over 20 million and even inspiring Margate-based tours.

Filmmaker Latto confirmed that the newly discovered scenes have undergone digitization. He expressed hope that this process could pave the way for restoring classic episodes of the show in high definition. "I think a full restoration would be excellent. We could do it in high definition, with extended, full versions," Latto stated.
