The Cleveland Browns are scheduled to play the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. ET, at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. The game will be broadcast on CBS.

The Browns enter the Week 7 contest with a 4-2 record, leading their division. The team has maintained success through a combination of conservative offense and a strong defense, with a focus on avoiding turnovers. Despite a significant trade involving a key defensive player, the team's defense has reportedly shown considerable improvement.

The Titans, in contrast, have a 1-5 record for the season. They secured their first win of the year in their previous game, overcoming a 13-0 halftime deficit against the Colts. Quarterback Cam Ward is noted for a composed performance during that comeback.

This Week 7 matchup is expected to be a competitive game between two developing teams. The Browns aim to maintain their divisional lead, while the Titans are looking to build on their recent win and show further progress in their season.
