Six people were killed and four others injured in Ukrainian strikes on Russia's Belgorod region overnight, according to Alexander Shuvaev, the acting governor. A 14-year-old child was among those injured in the attacks, Shuvaev stated on Telegram early Monday.
These strikes occurred the night after what Russian officials described as the largest-scale attack launched by Ukraine this year, which resulted in at least seven deaths. On the same night, Russian attacks on Ukraine reportedly killed at least seven people and injured more than 39.
