Ukraine launched a drone attack on an industrial zone south of Moscow, resulting in five fatalities and ten injuries. The strike targeted an unnamed warehouse in the Novoselki industrial zone, according to regional governor Andrey Vorobyov.

In parallel, drones also impacted a Wildberries warehouse near Krasny Bor in northwestern Russia, wounding one person. Wildberries, an e-commerce giant often referred to as 'Russia's Amazon,' confirmed a fire at its Krasny Bor logistics facility due to the attack. Footage depicted a drone hitting the site before exploding, leading to a large fire and smoke plume. Another Wildberries facility in the Tver region was also damaged by drones, though no injuries were reported there.

These attacks on Wildberries facilities, which Kyiv has targeted as part of efforts to disrupt key Russian economic operations, have been described as 'acts of terrorism' by the company's CEO and founder, Tatyana Kim. Ukraine has conducted increasing long-range strikes against Russian civilian infrastructure in recent weeks.

On Sunday night, Russia reported shooting down approximately 1,200 Ukrainian drones. One drone reportedly struck a beach near a Russian presidential residence. Russia also claimed that an attack on Arkhipo-Osipovka, near the Black Sea resort of Gelendzhik, killed 11 people, including three children, and injured 40 others.

Separately, Ukraine attacked a Russian cargo ship, the 'Nadezhda,' off the coast of Novorossiysk in the Black Sea. The ship sustained damage, and several crew members were injured, with three reported in critical condition. The crew was evacuated, according to Russian state news agency TASS.

In retaliation, Russian forces conducted strikes in Ukraine. In Sumy, two children and an elderly woman were killed by Russian aerial bombs striking civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings. In the port city of Mykolaiv, an 89-year-old woman was killed. Russia's Defense Ministry stated its forces hit four cargo vessels and a vehicle parts plant at the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk.
