Ukrainian forces conducted a record-breaking overnight drone assault, deploying more than 1,000 unmanned aerial vehicles that struck Moscow and surrounding regions. The unprecedented barrage coincided with the final day of Russia's parliamentary elections.
The widespread attack resulted in damage to a residential building and an oil refinery within the capital. Regional officials reported that two people were killed and 20 others sustained injuries.
