The Crown Prosecution Service has formally requested the extradition of Andrew and Tristan Tate to the United Kingdom. The brothers are to face trial in the UK, where they now face 38 new charges. These charges are related to alleged sexual offenses against four victims. The new charges are in addition to 21 existing charges.
The Tate brothers have previously denied any wrongdoing in connection with the allegations.
The Crown Prosecution Service's request for extradition has prompted a poll regarding the ease of extraditing individuals accused of crimes to the UK.
