Rupert Lowe, leader of the hard-Right Restore Britain party, has proposed a pact with Nigel Farage's Reform UK party aimed at uniting the "patriotic Right" for the upcoming general election. However, the offer is contingent on Mr. Farage agreeing to a set of strict conditions.

In a social media video, Mr. Lowe outlined five key points for a potential alliance. These include mass deportations of both illegal and legal migrants who rely on welfare or fail to integrate into British society. Secondly, he called for Reform UK to commit to "reversing the Islamification of Britain" and preventing the demographic projection that white people will become a minority by 2063. This would involve banning the burqa, halal and kosher slaughter, and cousin marriage. The third condition is a referendum on the reintroduction of the death penalty. Fourth, Mr. Lowe demanded significant cuts to welfare to promote UK self-sufficiency. Finally, to restore faith in politics, he stipulated that former Conservative ministers such as Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman would be excluded from any joint Reform-Restore cabinet.

"Millions of British people deserve a patriotic government," Mr. Lowe stated. "Now is the time to put our differences aside and co-operate for the good of the country we all love."

Mr. Lowe's party has previously been a significant factor in elections, impacting Reform UK's vote share, notably at the Makerfield by-election. He suggested that despite past disagreements, the two parties could find a "common way forward."

However, Nigel Farage appeared to reject the offer, stating that while patriotic voters share common beliefs, only one party has the potential to deliver change. "I will never turn my back on my team," Mr. Farage said. "I will continue to do whatever is necessary to defeat the Left and provide Britain with the strong, serious leadership it deserves." A source close to Mr. Farage confirmed that no deal is being offered to Mr. Lowe.
