UK Politician Warns of Worsening Immigration Protests

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch has warned that protests in the United Kingdom related to immigration "could get worse" if public concerns are not addressed. Speaking to the BBC, Badenoch indicated that the country "could see those sorts of scenes" if worries about immigration are disregarded.

Her comments follow a weekend where more than 2,500 individuals were taken into police custody in France amid widespread demonstrations and violence. Badenoch's remarks draw a parallel between the situation in France and potential unrest in the UK, emphasizing the need to acknowledge and respond to public sentiment on immigration.
