UFO Whistleblowers Urge Trump to Waive NDAs for Public Disclosure

A coalition of prominent UFO whistleblowers has issued a public appeal to former President Donald Trump, urging him to waive their government non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to allow for public disclosure of information regarding extraterrestrial life. The group, which includes David Grusch, Dylan Borland, and Matthew Brown, asserts that these agreements legally prevent them from sharing critical details learned during their service in highly classified government programs.

Filmmaker and disclosure advocate James Fox highlighted the unprecedented nature of this direct plea to the president, emphasizing that the whistleblowers are prepared to reveal their knowledge if granted immunity. "You’ve got some heavyweight whistleblowers willing to reveal what they know. All they need is immunity from the president. Just the stroke of a pen. He’s got the authority to do it," Fox stated.

Matthew Brown, who worked as an independent contractor for the defense industry, came forward in early 2026 to discuss an alleged secret government program called Immaculate Constellation, which purportedly collects UFO data across various government agencies. Brown explained that his NDAs are lifelong and prohibit the disclosure of classified information without prior government authorization. He believes President Trump has the opportunity to address deep-state corruption and usher in a new era of awareness by confirming that "we are not alone."

David Grusch, a former Air Force intelligence officer with experience at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office, testified before Congress in 2023. He alleged that the U.S. government has been involved in secret UFO crash retrieval programs for decades. Grusch stated, "This included photographs and video of the [recovery] operations including the craft and the non-human occupants. And I’ve seen this evidence with my own two eyes." He added he is prepared to provide a full accounting to the National Security Council and White House Chief of Staff, along with making authorized public statements.

Dylan Borland, an Air Force veteran, testified to Congress in 2024 about witnessing a large triangular UFO maneuvering over a NASA hangar before rapidly ascending. He expressed a desire to share his full account publicly but stressed the necessity of direct approval from Trump to disclose any corroborating classified evidence. Borland stated, "Disclosure has to come from [President Trump]. He needs to rip the Band-Aid off himself and needs to go out there and confirm we’re not alone. We’ve recovered materials and entities — biologics."

Rep. Eric Burlison (R-Mo.), a supporter of the whistleblower group, noted that Trump has a chance to be a consequential leader, citing the administration's previous efforts toward transparency regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP). He commented, "Each of these tranches of releases we have had — even just one of the documents in one of the tranches — would’ve been a monumental moment in UAP history prior to the Trump administration."

The current administration has established a Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters, allowing personnel to report information to the federal government, though not for broad public disclosure. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.), who chairs the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, indicated that her focus has been on ensuring whistleblower protections, stating, "Heading up the Declass Task Force I quickly discovered a lot of these whistleblowers were scared to go public in fear of retribution, so I made efforts to secure whistleblower protections as a top priority."
