Tyson Fury Extends Invitation to Donald Trump for Ringwalk

Tyson Fury has indicated he plans to invite former President Donald Trump to participate in his ringwalk for the highly anticipated bout against Anthony Joshua scheduled for December 11.

Fury and Trump met in June at the UFC Freedom 250 event held at the White House, where Fury was seen wearing a cap that read 'Donald Trump for Prime Minister' alongside a British flag. This gesture echoed Trump's signature 'Make America Great Again' campaign attire.

Following that meeting, Fury expressed his desire to fight Joshua, a sentiment that has now materialized into a confirmed match at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. "I'll definitely make that offer to my old buddy, old pal, and we'll see if he's available," Fury stated. He acknowledged the potential unlikelihood of Trump's attendance due to his current role as president.

Meanwhile, a familial connection exists within the Joshua camp, as Tyson Fury's uncle, Peter Fury, is part of Joshua's training team. Tyson Fury downplayed the significance of this, claiming he has not spoken with his uncle in years. However, Tyson's father, John Fury, expressed strong disapproval of any potential assistance Peter might offer Joshua, speaking to Playbook Boxing about what he perceived as a betrayal. "If he was to do that (talk to Joshua) in any way, shape or form, that would make him the lowest form of human being," John Fury said, labeling his brother a "f***ing cockroach" if he were to provide advice or secret training sessions. He concluded by urging his brother to reconsider, stating, "Son, give your head a wobble. Don't sell your soul to the devil for a fiver."

Peter Fury, however, shared on social media that he had spoken with Joshua about his skill set two months prior, describing him as "a really nice guy." He added that he would be happy to offer further assistance after Joshua's fights, noting that Joshua has a "great team around him (including) Team Usyk."
