The contentious divorce proceedings between NFL free agent Tyreek Hill and his estranged wife, Keeta Hill, have taken a dramatic turn with new allegations of bribery. Keeta Hill claims that Tyreek Hill has refused to answer questions regarding whether he offered, promised, or paid any money or consideration to Crystal Espinal, his ex-fiancée who previously accused him of abuse.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Keeta Hill asserts that Tyreek Hill had not communicated with Espinal, with whom he shares three children, for over five years. However, she alleges that his attorney contacted Espinal one week before her deposition in the divorce case, stating there was a need to "bridge the gap" and "trust." Following this communication, Hill reportedly traveled to Arkansas to see Espinal and their children for the first time in two years.
Keeta Hill is seeking a court order to compel Tyreek Hill to provide more complete answers to these questions and to produce additional relevant documents. The divorce filing itself came shortly after police responded to a report of an "assault in progress" at their Florida condominium on April 7, 2025. While Hill was not arrested, Keeta's mother stated he had acted "aggressive and impulsive" during the incident, allegedly throwing a laptop.
This is not the first time Hill has faced accusations of domestic violence. In 2014, he was accused of choking Espinal, then his pregnant fiancée, and causing injuries that led to his dismissal from the Oklahoma State football team. He was subsequently sentenced to probation and anger management classes. In 2019, while with the Kansas City Chiefs, Hill was suspended over allegations that he broke his three-year-old son's arm, though he was never charged. Secretly recorded audio leaked that same year featured a conversation between Hill and Espinal discussing their son's injuries, during which Espinal stated the child was "terrified" of Hill, and he responded, "You need to be terrified of me too, b****."
Keeta Hill's filing also includes claims from another woman, Sasha Iolani, who reportedly messaged Keeta in April 2025 alleging a miscarriage due to Hill's actions. Iolani allegedly advised Keeta to "stay resilient" and stated, "I was a victim of it for 4 years."
Hill and Keeta married in November 2023. Keeta has accused Hill of domestic violence on multiple occasions, including one incident when she was pregnant with their daughter, Capri. She alleges that Hill became physically aggressive in January 2024, shoving her to the floor, standing over her, and ripping off her necklace, causing injury. Further allegations describe physical altercations in Orlando, where Hill reportedly threw her to the floor, pulled her hair, and caused unspecified injuries. In February 2024, while preparing to leave for the Pro Bowl, Hill allegedly shoved a marijuana cigarette into Keeta's face, told her to leave, threw her suitcase, and pushed her out of the house, locking the door behind her.
Tyreek Hill is currently an NFL free agent. He suffered a season-ending knee injury with the Miami Dolphins in Week 4 of the previous season, impacting his upcoming prospects for the 11th season of his career.
