Two additional teenagers have been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of Jongkuch Kur Jongkuch, 21, who sustained fatal injuries during a disturbance at a house party in Bahrs Scrub, south of Brisbane, on July 26. These latest arrests bring the total number of individuals accused in the case to 11.

Police reported that a group of young men, armed with various weapons, arrived at a short-term rental property where the party was taking place. The ensuing violence resulted in significant damage to vehicles and the property, and the closure of a nearby street. Mr. Kur Jongkuch was discovered unconscious with severe head injuries around 2:15 a.m. and was transported to the hospital in critical condition, later succumbing to his injuries six days after the incident.

Detectives apprehended two males, aged 18 and 19, in Brisbane on Thursday. The 18-year-old is scheduled to appear before Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Friday, while the 19-year-old is expected to appear at Brisbane Magistrates Court on the same day. Previously, nine males, ranging in age from 17 to 19, had already been charged with murder in relation to the attack. Authorities stated that the group allegedly arrived with weapons as part of a "preconceived plan" to assault attendees at the gathering.
