Two men have been arrested and charged with felony counts of sexual conduct with a minor in connection with the alleged assault of a 17-year-old girl in Arizona. Preston McKee, 22, and Brodie Hester, 21, met the girl through a dating app and are accused of restraining and sexually assaulting her after discovering her age.
According to investigators, the trio initially met in New Mexico, with the girl telling the men she was 18 and attempting to leave an abusive situation. The group then traveled to Phoenix, Arizona. During the journey, the men reportedly found the girl's identification, revealing she was 17, which is below Arizona's age of consent.
The teen told authorities that the men took her to a hotel, restrained her, placed a ball gag in her mouth, and covered her face with a mask before the alleged assault occurred. Court documents state that Hester initially claimed to have only kissed the girl, but later admitted to having sex with her four times, including after he knew she was a minor. McKee also reportedly acknowledged having sexual encounters with the teenager after learning her true age, telling investigators he did not believe it was a significant issue because they had already engaged in sexual activity prior to him knowing her age.
Following the alleged assault, the men left the girl, who then reportedly walked to a Chipotle restaurant to seek help and call 911. Investigators arrested McKee and Hester on August 5. Hester faces three counts of sexual conduct with a minor and is being held on a $251,000 bond, while McKee faces two counts and is being held on a $200,000 bond.
Both men are scheduled to appear in Maricopa County Superior Court on August 12. Investigators have reportedly collected DNA evidence as the investigation continues. https://nypost.com/2026/08/10/us-news/girl-enters-chipotle-after-alleged-rape-by-men-met-on-dating-app/
