Freddy Brazier, son of the late Jade Goody, is facing the potential loss of his dog, Pablo, after the animal attacked him, leaving him with a significant injury. Brazier required emergency hospital treatment for a 3cm gash on his arm following the incident at his grandmother Jackie Budden's home.
Pablo, a pocket bully breed, was seized by police after the attack. Brazier expressed his devastation, stating, "He's like my son. I'm probably not going to see my dog again." Despite the injury, Brazier wishes to have Pablo returned to him, but his family has stated the dog cannot return to their homes.
This is not the first reported incident involving Pablo. Four days prior to Brazier's mauling, emergency services were called to Budden's home after the dog attacked her. Neighbors alerted authorities after hearing screams as the dog gripped Budden, who also required medical treatment. While police and the fire brigade attended that incident, no criminal charges were pursued at the time.
Brazier reportedly sought treatment at an A&E department after his own mauling but left due to long waiting times. He was later forced to return for significant treatment. A source described the events as "an awful few days" and noted Brazier's deep affection for Pablo.
The report also touches on Brazier's past relationships and personal sentiments. He previously ended a relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Holly Swinburn, partly due to a dispute over the dog. Brazier has also publicly stated a preference for dogs over people, describing humans as "draining."
