Tulsa police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect they have nicknamed the "serial defecator" who has been involved in a string of vandalism incidents targeting local businesses. The suspect has been described as a "mostly naked man" who has smeared feces on the exterior of establishments.
According to reports, the suspect has been seen wearing a thong, a mask with a hole cut out, and a shower cap. One business owner in the Greenwood District reported that the individual smeared feces on the business's walls and doors using a dog waste bag. Security camera footage captured the man exposing himself before defecating into another doggie bag.
Officers have responded to multiple calls related to the suspect's activities but have been unable to apprehend him. The Tulsa Police Department has shared information on social media, urging anyone with knowledge of the suspect's whereabouts to come forward.
The incidents have caused concern among business owners, who are worried about the impact of such vandalism on their establishments and the daily operations of their businesses.
