Tulsa police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying and apprehending a suspect described as a "serial defecator" who has targeted several local businesses. The individual has been reported to repeatedly engage in acts of vandalism involving feces.

Authorities responded to a shopping center south of the city center on Wednesday night following reports of a nearly naked man who defecated in a dog waste bag and smeared it on the walls and doors of a business. Security cameras installed by the business owner have captured the individual on multiple occasions performing similar acts. In one recorded instance, the suspect was seen wearing glasses, red Crocs, a black cross-body bag, purple latex gloves, and a black shower cap. A medical face mask that had been cut open to expose most of his face was also observed.

The Tulsa Police Department has made a public appeal on its Facebook page, urging anyone with information about the suspect's whereabouts to come forward. Officers have responded to the area multiple times but have not yet apprehended the individual. The department expressed a desire to locate the suspect to end the disruption for local business owners.

This series of incidents in Tulsa draws parallels to other cases of public defecation documented in recent years in various locations across the United States, including incidents in Colorado, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
