Trump revealed these options during a call with Fox News on Sunday, framing the decision as a choice between "blowing them up entirely" or letting the regime "rot economically."
"My question is, if and when do I blow the entire nation up?" Trump said. "They better behave."
This warning comes as the conflict between the United States and Iran enters its seventh month. Trump has repeatedly indicated his consideration of intensifying military operations or pursuing a new agreement with the country. Earlier this week, Trump told Axios that he had a "big decision coming up" regarding whether to "annihilate" Iran's leadership.
Trump has also expressed optimism that the conflict could conclude soon, provided Tehran agrees to terms he deems acceptable. Concurrently, Iran has issued warnings against further U.S. attacks.
