Former President Donald Trump led thousands of attendees at the first-ever Republican midterm convention in Dallas in a pledge to cast their ballots in the upcoming elections. After the attendees raised their hands and recited a pledge, Trump added, "You know what happens if you don't vote? You go to hell."

The pledge stated, "I pledge to the greatest president in the history of the United States… I’m going to get my friends, my family, and we are going to vote on Nov. 3, or we are going to vote before that."

The convention focused on mobilizing Republican voters for the critical November midterms. The former president's remarks underscored the importance of voter turnout for the party.
