Donald Trump is scheduled to deliver a primetime address on Thursday, July 16, at 9:00 p.m. ET, focusing on election security and voting machines. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt stated the president will "deliver a major address to the nation on protecting the integrity of our elections," urging "every American to tune in."

However, the speech will not be broadcast live by major networks including CNN, NBC, and ABC. These networks have indicated that the address may be potentially controversial, with the New York Times noting it could represent a "potential escalation of [Trump’s] unsubstantiated claims of widespread manipulation and rigging of U.S. elections."

Despite the lack of live network television coverage, the speech will be available for streaming. ABC News Live, NBC News Now, CNN.com, and CNN All Access are among the platforms that will stream the event live. Additionally, the address can be watched via the White House's social media channels and on YouTube through broadcasters such as PBS and the Associated Press.
