Former President Donald Trump posted a map on Sunday that showed New Mexico rebranded as "New America," with the word "Mexico" crossed out and replaced on the map.
The post appeared during a flurry of activity on Trump's Truth Social account, where he made 34 posts in less than an hour. The map was one of several images shared, including a composite image of Trump's face superimposed on wrestler Hulk Hogan and a reshaped map of Iran.
This rebranding follows previous instances where Trump has ordered geographical features to be renamed with "America." Previously, the Gulf of Mexico was ordered to be renamed the Gulf of America, and Lake Ontario was renamed Lake America.
