Former President Donald Trump has released an artificial intelligence-generated video in which he appears as a doctor treating celebrity critics for what he terms 'Trump Derangement Syndrome' (TDS).

The video, posted on social media, depicts AI-generated versions of several public figures, including Rosie O'Donnell, Whoopi Goldberg, Robert De Niro, Julia Roberts, John Leguizamo, and Edward Norton.

In the clip, an AI version of Trump, dressed in a doctor's coat, introduces himself as 'Dr. Trump' and asks if viewers or their loved ones have been diagnosed with TDS, describing its symptoms as 'relentless.' The video then presents testimonials from the AI celebrities describing their supposed recovery.

"I have been suffering for over a decade, and after listening to Dr Trump, I can see some results," an AI O'Donnell states. An AI Goldberg says, "I really thought I was a lost cause... but after using the treatment plan, I can see a difference."

An AI Robert De Niro describes how the condition affected his life, stating, "My work has slowed down. I'm hardly recognizable anymore. I just needed help. I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep. Constantly angry, I made everyone miserable around me."

AI Julia Roberts adds, "I feel like I've aged 20 years in the last two years. I've been so concerned, I was really starting to worry about my future."

Following the testimonials, AI Dr. Trump outlines a treatment regimen: "The treatment is simple: turn off fake news, say your prayers, and if you ever feel anxious, just have a Diet Coke like me, and you're going to see a remarkable difference in your life."

Trump has frequently used the term 'Trump Derangement Syndrome' to describe opposition to him. Last year, Republican Congressman Warren Davidson proposed a bill to study the phenomenon.

This is not the first time Trump has shared AI-generated content. Earlier this year, he posted an AI image of himself as Jesus Christ healing a man, which drew criticism from some evangelical supporters and was later deleted. He reportedly claimed he believed he was depicted as a doctor in that image, not Christ. Shortly after, he posted another AI image of himself embracing Jesus.

In February, an AI video depicting Barack and Michelle Obama as apes also sparked controversy and was subsequently removed. Trump attributed that incident to a technical glitch.

The AI-generated video treating his celebrity critics was posted shortly before midnight on Wednesday.
