Trump and Vance Face Hecklers at Separate Campaign Rallies

Donald Trump and JD Vance were both met with hecklers during separate campaign appearances on Monday.

During a rally in Park City, Kansas, in support of Republican Sen. Roger Marshall, a woman shouted, “I fucking hate you, I hate you,” at Trump. The outburst occurred as Trump was addressing the crowd, claiming without evidence that another heckler was a "paid protester." The president proceeded to ask the audience, “How great is it to be at a Trump rally?” prompting supporters to chant his name.

This incident follows a previous event where Trump drew criticism for his response to a protester being physically attacked at a rally in Ohio. Trump's rally in Kansas experienced several interruptions.

Meanwhile, in Hendersonville, North Carolina, Vance was campaigning for Republican candidates when a protester standing behind him shouted, “Release the Epstein files.” The protester was referring to unreleased government records connected to Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender and former associate of Trump. Security escorted the protester away as the crowd began chanting, “USA, USA.”

After a brief pause, Vance addressed the interruption, joking about undocumented immigrants and stating, “But one isn’t bad, right?” The crowd responded with laughter and applause.
