Former President Donald Trump allegedly responded to a briefing about alien "hybrids" living among humans by asking if California Congressman Adam Schiff was one of them, according to a Republican lawmaker.
Rep. Eric Burlison (R-MO) claimed on the podcast "American Alchemy" that Trump made the quip during a briefing on the topic. Burlison stated he heard about the remark from individuals familiar with the meeting.
"Trump was, during a briefing, told that there are hybrids and that there’s hybrids that potentially live among us," Burlison said. "Trump’s response was ‘You mean like Adam Schiff?'"
Schiff, who is now a senator, was a leading figure in the first impeachment effort against Trump in 2020 and served on the House committee that investigated the January 6th Capitol riot. Trump has publicly criticized Schiff on numerous occasions, often using derogatory nicknames.
Burlison suggested he could "totally believe" Trump would make such a comment, though he was uncertain if the joke itself or the existence of alleged alien hybrids was fictional.
This alleged remark comes as UFO whistleblower David Grusch has made claims about the U.S. government's awareness of non-human intelligence. In a November interview on Fox News, Grusch asserted that current administration members are knowledgeable about this "reality" and that the current president is "very knowledgeable on the subject."
Grusch, a former intelligence officer, stated in June outside of Congress that the U.S. government is aware of various forms of alien life, including humanoid creatures and "sentient plasmoid" beings.
During the "American Alchemy" podcast, Burlison was also asked if Trump had been briefed on "Nordics," a type of alleged Scandinavian-looking humanoid alien. The congressman responded affirmatively.
