Travis Kelce demonstrated support for his wife, Taylor Swift, during the 2026 MTV VMAs, engaging with social media posts about her attendance. Swift attended the ceremony solo on Sunday night, where she received the inaugural MTV VMA Artist Director Honors award.
While Swift was being honored, Kelce, 36, was on the field with his Kansas City Chiefs teammates, who secured a 24-10 victory against the Miami Dolphins in Miami Gardens, Florida. Swift, also 36, appeared at the event in a striking Tamara Ralph Couture halter gown, characterized by a dark velvet bodice and an asymmetrical skirt made of silver crystal mesh.
During the awards show, actress Dakota Johnson presented Swift with the Director's Honors. Swift, in her acceptance speech, expressed gratitude to MTV for providing a platform for music videos and acknowledged the fans for their engagement. She noted that her passion for directing music videos stems from the positive reception and dedication shown by her fans, and thanked everyone who contributed to her music video projects.
