Travis Kelce Shows Support for Taylor Swift's 'Patient Zero' Music Video
The NFL star was seen on set as Swift directed and co-starred in her latest visual.
Travis Kelce offered a glimpse of support for his wife, Taylor Swift, during the filming of her music video for "Patient Zero." Behind-the-scenes footage released by Spotify shows the Kansas City Chiefs tight end standing behind Swift as she directed from her chair, placing his hands on her arms. Both were dressed in off-white sweaters, with Kelce wearing a ball cap.
Swift, who also co-starred in the video, appeared to be exhausted but satisfied while managing the production. The video features Swift's friend Dakota Johnson and actor Colin Farrell. Reports suggest the song and video were inspired by Swift's past relationship with Joe Alwyn, whom she separated from in 2023.
The Grammy winner debuted the music video at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards. Swift and Kelce began dating after he initially struggled to give her his number at a Kansas City concert stop during her Eras Tour. They announced their engagement in July 2025 and later married in a ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City in July.
Previously, Swift publicly thanked Kelce for his support during the filming of her "Fortnight" music video in 2024, noting his presence on set and how he brought “happiness and fun and magic” to the production.
